TERMS & CONDITIONS HERTZ 2013-2014 One Way Rentals / Southern Ireland: One way rentals are free of charge between Dublin, Cork & Shannon Airports. One way drops between Dublin Airport and South Circular road are also free. A one way drop to any other location in Southern Ireland will incur the following fees:- 1 – 4 days => One Way Fee of EUR 70.00, 5 days + => One Way Fee of EUR 25.00, Kerry Airport, Knock Airport, Wexford. Collision Damage Waiver: CDW Groups A, B & E Euro14.50/day. CDW Group C, D, F, G & P Euro 18.50/day. CDW Group I, M, N, T & W Euro 22.50/day. CDW is available upon request Theft Protection: Included.

To assist you with your travel in Ireland Hertz have available for hire a Satellite Navigation System for your car hire. The unit is available at the following depots and if rented in the Republic if Ireland must be returned to one of the locations below in the Republic of Ireland. If your car hire is starting in Northern Ireland the unit must also go back to either of the Belfast depots.
Non Waivable Excess: €1600 – A & B, €2000 – C, D, E, F, €2500 – G, P, T & W €3000 – I, M & N. Third Party Liability: Included Additional Driver Charge: € 9.50 per day. Minimum Age: 23/24 years – Groups A, B & E only. A young driver surcharge of € 26 per day including tax will be applied. Damage excess will be an amount of €1,600. 25 Years – Groups A, B, C, E & F. 27 Years – Groups D, G & P 30 + Years – Groups A, B, C, D, P, W, M, N, E, F, G, I & T. Driver Licence: must hold a current Australian licence valid for at least 1 year or more at time of rental. Clients aged over 75 years must have the following documentation:- Note from their doctor stating that they are in full health & note from their insurer stating they have not been in an accident in the past 5 yrs. Baby Seats: €40.00 per hire. Booster Seats: €15.00 Baby / booster seats are suitable for children aged between 6 months – 11 years. Hours Grace: Clients are allowed a 29 minutes grace period. One way Rentals / Northern Ireland: Dublin Airport & City depot to Belfast Int’l Airport and City Airports One way Fee €100 including tax (All Rentals) All other rental locations to Belfast Int’I Airport and Belfast City Airport One way Fee €150 including tax (All Rentals).
